Child of the Flames is available for pre-order, to be released on Audible on Thursday, April 5th.
Set your calendars, folks. You heard that right, Child of the Flames is coming out next week. I couldn’t be more excited about this. You should be excited, too, and I’ll tell you why.
First of all, it’s narrated by the incredibly talented Malk Williams, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The man takes his work seriously, and we spoke at length about the characters, the setting, and even the histories and cultures of the story. I can assure you that he’s done an outstanding job and put a lot of care into the narration. He’s known for bringing characters to life, and he got his information directly from the source.
You can rest assured that I was personally involved in this process. The people at Whole Story Quest, who are publishing Child of the Flames, The Knife in the Dark, and The Old Man of the Temple, have taken great care to ensure that the books not only satisfy readers, but satisfy my personal vision of how the story should sound.
So get ready to binge-listen while you’re doing surgery, operating heavy equipment, flying passenger airlines, or carelessly playing with a flamethrower because, well, it’s a flamethrower, obviously. What else would you do with it?
You can help the book gain a little traction by pre-ordering it now on Audible, for which I would hold you dear in my heart until the end of time. I’ll promise never to say anything bad about you.
More news to follow. Many thanks to you all.
